1. Where We Ship From
All inventory presented on wildrootgear.com is physically stocked and dispatched directly from our domestic United States logistics hubs located in Ontario, California and Dayton, New Jersey.
We do not drop ship from overseas facilities for our core catalog. This guarantees reliable 2–5 business day delivery and authentic US carrier tracking numbers.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is scanned into the USPS or FedEx mail stream, you will immediately receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your direct tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking events to update online.
4. Lost or Damaged In Transit
All shipments carry full transit insurance. In the rare event that your package is damaged by the carrier or confirmed lost, contact our customer operations team at support@wildrootgear.com and we will dispatch a replacement immediately with zero hassle.
